Overview

Xenoblade is an RPG developed by Monolith Software, the developer behind the Xenosaga trilogy and Baten Kaitos series. A trailer and screen shots were distributed to the press during E3 2009 under the working title Monado: Beginning of the World. Nintendo of Europe confirmed they would be localizing Xenoblade for Europe, under the name Xenoblade Chronicles. It was also confirmed that Xenoblade Chronicles would include dual audio tracks (English and Japanese) along with subtitles in English, Spanish, German, Italian, and French. On December 2, 2011, Nintendo of America officially confirmed an April 2012 release of the game in North America; the game is currently available for preorder through Nintendo's website and Gamestop. It has not yet been announced if the game will be available through other retail outlets.
